The use of Cookies & Your Privacy

At www.minene, we receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way including competitions run by third parties where you ‘opt in’. You can choose not to provide certain information if you prefer and we will never pass your information onto any third party we don't trust or without you giving us prior permission. 

We use the information and details that you provide us with for purposes such as responding to your requests and emails, fulfilling your orders, informing you of new features, offers or competitions specific to us, customising future shopping for you, improving our website and communicating with you.

Other than as set out in the paragraph directly above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information. 

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. 

We do occasionally use cookies on this website which will be downloaded automatically to the computer of our visitor at the point of, but not restricted to, entry to certain areas of our website. All client details are stored in a database via server-sided dynamic language. 

Payment details - credit and debit cards - are handled through a secure Paypal Server

We do not enter into purchase agreements with persons under the age of 18, you may purchase from but only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. 

Automatically stored information

Examples of the information we collect and analyse include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, though, and from our Web site, including date and time. Information from other sources

Examples of information we receive from other sources include updated delivery and address information from our carriers or other third parties which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily; account information, purchase or redemption information and credit history information from credit bureaus, which we use to help prevent and detect fraud.
